　　1975年经典影片《灰色花园》因讲述了一对古怪母女的生活点滴而大卖，曾风靡一时。影片从午夜场直到百老汇音乐剧。影片制作人追溯剧情，创作了第二部《灰色花园的比尔母女》献给那些不屈不挠的女性，以及原纪录片广大的忠实影迷，是他们让此片成为反美国主流文化的冰山一角。

　　漫游火星(Roving Mars)是由迪斯尼和Sassoon Film Design共同合作推出的作品，内容就是纪录2004年美国太空总署『精神号』(Spirit)以及『机会号』(Opportunity)两辆人造探测车在火星上的种种发现。当初『精神号』和『机会号』是在2004年1月上旬和下旬先后登陆火星，分别在星表面的两端登陆，两辆探测车登陆后立刻在火星的表面展开漫游探勘，并将所发现的图片传回地球。借着这次全球瞩目的火星任务，太空学家希望能揭开火星神秘的面纱，深入探讨火星的奥妙，以及引起众人揣测的火星上生命之谜。

　　Filmed in Canada, Iran, and the United States, Secrets of the Surface: The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhani examines the life and mathematical work of Maryam Mirzakhani, an Iranian immigrant to the United States who became a superstar in her field. In 2014, she was both the first woman and the first Iranian to be honored by mathematics' highest prize, the Fields Medal. Mirzakhani's contributions are explained by leading mathematicians and illustrated by animated sequences. Her mathematical colleagues from around the world, as well as former teachers, classmates, and students in Iran today, convey the deep impact of her achievements. The path of her education, success on Iran's Math Olympiad team, and her brilliant work, make Mirzakhani an ideal role model for girls looking toward careers in science and mathematics.

　　台灣本土文學詩人吳晟，有「國民詩人」之稱，以吳晟為傳記主角的「他們在島嶼寫作」文學紀錄片《他還年輕》，正式發布海報、預告，將於9月2日在全台上映，片中貼身記錄吳晟投入廣袤土地的情懷。　　吳晟創作貼近生活、靠近土地自然，透過書寫台灣人、敘述台灣事、描繪台灣景的創作意念，充分表達台灣在地的原鄉情懷。其詩作〈負荷〉原創作於 1977 年， 3 年後被選為國立編譯館版本之課文教材，從此「甜蜜的負荷」變成親情的代名詞，40 餘年來，持續感動每一代的台灣人。在紀錄片《他還年輕》中，傳主吳晟感性地說：「讀詩還有感動，就表示生命還有熱情。」　　紀錄片《他還年輕》自 2017 年起，以超過3年時間長期駐點的拍攝策略，跟著吳晟穿梭彰化鄉間、踏查濁水溪生態，亦飛住美國愛荷華回憶參加寫作班心情，至溫哥華拜訪亦師亦友的作家瘂弦，動人呈現吳晟與家庭、友人間的情感流動與影像語言。本片拍攝期間恰逢〈負荷〉的主人翁、也就是詩人的女兒吳音寧身陷北農事件風暴，這期間詩人無法寫詩，只能在面對生命最大挫折與衝擊中，勉強於谷底執筆記錄事件始末，寫成《北農風雲》一書。本片記錄了詩人這兩年多的心情轉折，從憤怒、焦灼、掙扎，到重生與昇華，遂見證了詩是濁世最終的救贖。　　詩人吳晟紀錄片《他還年輕》片名的故事，來自於這位「國民詩人」在邁入21世紀階段，從2001至2014年的詩作選集名稱。吳晟謙稱，由寫作累積成著作的進度實在不容易，近年來他仍持續發表作品，今年也有新書持續推出，紀錄片《他還年輕》見證了「詩人不老，鬥志不滅」的年輕精神。　　導演林靖傑11年前即因拍攝以作家王文興為主的「他們在島嶼寫作」文學紀錄片《尋找背海的人》獲得關注，不但獲得台灣國際紀錄片雙年展「國際長片競賽優等獎」，也入圍金馬獎最佳紀錄片，並獲得最佳剪輯獎。林靖傑這次再度應邀擔任「他們在島嶼寫作」系列最新電影《他還年輕》導演，緊跟著吳晟的身影腳步，不但記錄了他對台灣土地的關懷，也透過攝影機，讓大家看見詩人在動筆的感性，以及筆下「最甜蜜的負荷」之由來。

I guess the idea behind it was for liberated women to go into a high street store and buy it without any type of guilt or inhibition , but no doubt the main buyer market was teenage boys and dirty old men　　THE LOVERS GUIDE is groundbreaking in the fact that it publicised that the couples involved were real life partners but this is slightly dishonest , yes the main couple featured Wendy and her husband were indeed a real life couple who'd been married several years but there was some public controversy that at least one of the couples Kathryn ( The gorgeous brunette ) and Marino ( The well buffed geezer with a ponytail ) had never met one another until they appeared on set where they had unprotected sex for the camera . For a video that self righteously dedicates segments to safe sex it is rather hypocritical　　Seeing as it's for education purposes and not pornography as such there's limits as to what can be shown but as a sex education video it's not uninformative though I doubt if you'll be gasping " I never knew that "　　As a footnote the main couple featured became something of sexual problem agony aunts in the British press - Until it was revealed that Wendy's husband had a serious heart condition which put a stop to sex . I almost felt sorry for this couple who confessed that they used to make love as often as ten times a day but now couldn't make love once a day because it was too dangerous . My small amount of sympathy soon vanished when shortly afterwards the couple split up and raced off to the gutter press in order to dish the dirt on one another to the highest bidder .

One study reveals that well-timed bursts of pink noise can nudge a person's brain waves, extending periods of slow-wave, or deep, sleep. And toddlers learning new words show that taking even a short nap after learning something new can help the information stick. And when it comes to sleeping poorly, it may turn out that having interrupted sleep can be just as harmful as missing sleep altogether. As scientists come to understand the powerful role that sleep -- or lack of it -- plays in everything from memory to trauma to emotion regulation, one thing is clear: This biological function is as crucial as it is complex.
